how much does it cost to build a custom home?

This is the age old questions. Keen Construction Co. uses a cost-plus based formula in addition to taking into account specific items requested by the client. This method allows our customers to know exactly what they are paying for prior to construction and can make the best personal financial decisions possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BUILD MY HOUSE?

There are a lot of factors here. Weather plays a huge role, however most custom homes are built on a six month average. Sometimes sooner and sometimes it takes longer. The important thing is having it done right, the first time!
